Most of our cookies are New York-style -- thick, soft, and chewy with a rich center. Each cookie is fully baked and are 5 ounces. They are big and satisfying. Keep this in mind when you order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States.

Houston Orders

Local delivery is available within the Houston Metro area. The delivery fee is the equivalent of the standard shipping fee for local orders. Pick-up is currently unavailable until further notice

How does ordering work?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You’ll then get two additional emails: one when your order begins processing and another once it’s shipped. Your shipping email will include a tracking number.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are prepped and baked by one person and take up to 7 business days to fulfill. Orders are shipped on Monday - Wednesday only by USPS Priority or UPS Ground which takes 3-4 days to deliver. The typical turnaround time from order to delivery is 10 days or less, depending on order volume. Our repeat customers agree that it's worth the wait!

When will my items be baked?

Your items will be baked fresh the day of shipping.

How long will my baked items stay fresh?

Our baked goods stay fresh for up to one to two weeks when sealed at room temperature. If frozen, they can last three to six months.

Can I edit my order or add more items?

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that shipping carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking information.

My tracking says: 'Label Created, not yet in system':

Usually, USPS tracking updates occur within 48 hours, but in some cases there's an issue where updates may not occur until the package reaches its destination city, resulting in a "Label Created, Not in System" status until scanned. Unfortunately, I have no control over this delay.

Shipment delays:

Larger or multi-flavor orders may take additional time to prepare. Orders placed around holidays or during flash sales may also take longer. As a single baker, I carefully craft each order, and occasional delays may occur. However, once you receive an email confirming your order's processing or shipment, you can be sure that your freshly baked goods are en route.Thank you for your patience!

What if I think my package is lost?

If your tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package, you can contact USPS here. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however you may begin a missing mail search with USPS.

Returns

We do not accept returns.

Please double check your address before placing an order. Please make sure to include complete information such as apartment or building numbers, etc. Returned or incorrect deliveries do not qualify for a refund.

Common reasons your package cannot be delivered: incorrect or incomplete addresses, and vacant addresses.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses can be corrected before your order is shipped but not after.

Cancellations

How do I reheat my cookies?

Reheat cookies in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or in an air fryer for 3-4 minutes. We do not recommend using the microwave to prevent drying out.

When is my favorite cookie flavor coming back?

I rotate cookie flavors monthly to stay creative. If a flavor you love is no longer available, be sure to try it when it returns, as there’s no set timeline!

Can I buy your cookie recipe?

Recipes are not available for purchase. However, I do post some of my recipes on my YouTube channel. Please subscribe to my YouTube channel: PinchMeTwice.

PinchMeTwice Sweets & Treats is not an allergen-free bakery, therefore we cannot guarantee that cross contamination does not occur. Trace amounts of allergens may be present despite our best efforts.

We work with nearly all of the major allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
